Sound Baths

We’re excited to be offering 14 free Sound Baths as part of Parramatta Lanes Festival (home of the Burramattagal, of the Darug Nation)

~ Step into a 30min immersive sound experience at Civic Arcade, woven together through live music, voice, ambience and meditative practice ~

From Wed 21st to Sat 24th
Session 1: 6:00pm - 6:30pm
Session 2: 7:00pm - 7:30pm
Session 3: 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Session 4: 9:00pm - 9:30pm (Friday & Saturday only)

Wednesday and Saturday sessions feature Szem & Santo, while Thursday and Friday sessions feature Ocean & Malaika.

These sessions will be held at Civic Arcade as part of the Mystic Rising activation at 48 George St, Parramatta, just a 5-minute walk from the station. Places are subject to capacity, so arrive early to secure your spot!

As humanity evolves through a period of profound transformation the darkness seems very loud. The moth reminds us that we need the shadow to speak, so the light knows where to go.
Featured on the flyer is a Vine Hawk Moth, which visited Laura during a time of transition, days later the Bogong influx arrived in Sydney. Wishing the Bogong Moths a safe migration.
