Her practice explores sensory perception and site-specific performance to build ephemeral and intimate ambient music. Using voice\, repetition\, layering and the processing of electroacoustic sounds\, her performances drift and lull\, inviting deep listening and altered perceptions of space\, time and the boundaries between inner and outer worlds.\nFor Singing Stones\, Jacqui presents a durational performance within an immersive environment of sound\, light and shadow. The work unfolds slowly as a drifting memoryscape\, inviting the audience to settle into the space and experience shifting relationships between what is seen\, heard and felt.\nThis is an 18+ Show.\n*****\nGetting to The PBC! Access to the club and main stage is via 12 stairs at the front of the venue. We are not wheelchair accessible currently but we are working on it!
