The SCM New Music Ensemble, conducted by Benjamin Northey, presents a program exploring bold contemporary voices from home and abroad. Featuring Anna Meredith’s Moon, a vibrant genre-bending work for amplified chamber ensemble and electronics, alongside Esa-Pekka Salonen’s Fog, Liza Lim’s Songs Found in a Dream and the premiere of a new work by an SCM student composer, the concert traverses diverse musical landscapes and transcendent sonic worlds.
