GRANPA: AUDIENCE CURATED & MIXED LIVE 7" : VOL 1 LAUNCH

Performing on the 22nd August at Redfern Oval Community Room from about 9:3 to 10:3 to celebrate the release of my new single, which is the first of a series of audience curated and mixed 7” records each limited to 200 copies, released as splits between dualplover and various labels. For volume one we’ve partnered with the amazing Sweatlung from Naarm. These singles will not be available digitally, I’ll be selling my 100 copies at shows only and the labels will be selling theirs online or through any distribution channels they have so if you can’t make it to a show, please order yours from [sweatlung.bandcamp.com/album/audience-curated-mixed-live-7-series-001] while stock lasts. 

For the launch I’ve decided to use the opportunity to go further with the concept by having the audience film the entire set on their phones so I can use the footage to create a videography of my show. Inspired by the many videos I find uploaded to Instagram after a show. I’ve always loved how people share these glimpses of what is mostly an ephemeral experience and would love the opportunity to edit an entire performance using just these. So please bring your phones and have them set to HD and 30 fps so they can all sync properly for editing, then please shoot the entire show start to finish no cuts (will be about 30 to 40 mins) feel free to be creative as I’ll need all types of angles from super wide to up in my face marcro close ups and everything in between.  After the gig please email them to me at justiceyeldham@REMOVEgmail.com and wait for me to tell you I’ve downloaded them ok before deleting anything.if you wanna get involved in the series more information is available here [https://dualplover.com/seven_inch_series/]show in BYO but please take any waste home with you or dispose of in 10c collection create or the park bins outsidei’ll also be selling some of my record collection so come early at from 8:3 if you wanna have first dig
