KALON CAPTAIN (drums) & SARAH PURDON (trumpet), emerging voices in the new Jazz generation, are joined by Australian Jazz icons LLOYD SWANTON on bass (The Necks, The Catholics) & GARY DALEY on piano (Bungarribee, The Catholics) for an evening of entirely improvised music. Through the joy of pure spontaneity this ensemble will explore the spaces between ambient music & contemporary Jazz, transporting listeners into deep meditative soundscapes & undulating grooves.
