Trevor Brown conducts moving feast of musicians picked from the cream of Sydney’s improvising community. S.I.C.K.O stands for Sydney Improvised Composer’s Kollectiv Orchestra - a large ensemble conducted with hand gestures by Trevor Brown. The focus is on improvisatory conducting techniques, based on work by various systems created by Karlheinz Stockhausen, Butch Morris, Frank Zappa, John Zorn and Walter Thompson.
