1st set: SAM GILL

Sam Gill - alto saxophone & tape

This will be the first complete performance of Sam’s solo work ‘Traced, Sing the Veil’, following its partial premiere at the NOW now series late last year. The three-part suite features solo alto sax with pre-recorded electronic elements, exploring themes of disappearance and remnants.

This performance is in anticipation of Mind On Fire’s upcoming album ‘The Process of Unbecoming’, which features the suite in its entirety. The album will be released in December.

2nd set: MOVING PATHS

Max Alduca - double/electric bass Linus Foley - piano, synth Luke Keanan-Brown - drums, synth

Following a brief north-coast tour in September to celebrate the release of their debut EP ‘dusk’, Moving Paths return to Bohemian Grove to present new music that features an expanded sonic palette provided by synthesizers, samples and effects.
